Just finished up 8 days with four new trainers joining AutoMax,what a joy! The change that comes over very sucessful people learning a new way of doing things,changing their diresction in thier lives is unreal.The comments they make,their faces,the passion they get started with,my hope is that fire that's been started keeps getting hotter and hotter.

Another class starting soon,the ultimate goal is to have 100 Trainers...lowering the cost to dealers and keeping trainers,fresh,at home in their own beds at night.A team of trainers second to none in the industry

The best part is watching them develop I think. Everyone comes out 'Gun's Blazing', but how they do in the field is the true test. How would you rate that class?

After going through Mr. Lockerd's training, I know that the truth has been spoken. The belief that the trainers have after attending this course, and the passion that they have for helping people succeed in their lives, is unmeasurable. Keep up the outstanding work!!!

With 100 trainers we are able to offer our services in just about every major and lots of smaller markets throughout the country. It makes it so much easier for a dealer to sign up with us when their financial exposure is limited by not having to pay the additional travel expenses. We're not there yet, but its coming! Perfect world would be able to do mainly Internet advertising and no travel expenses for a dealer. The cost to them to have us in there becomes so inexpensive and therefor easy to use AutoMax to recruit salespeople.

What a pleasure it is to share a gift.These trainers will have the ability to mold future sale professionals by teaching them how to achieve a great level of succes in the most rewarding profession there is .Not only for the monetary rewards but because they will have the opputunity to impact others the postive attitude skills, habits and desire they will learn. Therfore enhancing the reputation of our company and the automotive industry .

With 2 years under my belt with Craig and AutoMax I have to say this has been by far the most powerful and significant career move I ever made. Craigs leadership and blind faith in me and my ability as a trainer has changed the lives of not just myself but literally hundreds of souls in search of a better way of life. Go ahead....raise the bar...live at 212.
